Detailed Schedule

Best Student Poster Competition – Guidelines and Award

During the Training Week, the Best Student Poster will be selected by the Scientific Committee. The evaluation process ensures that:

  • Each poster is reviewed by at least two evaluators, including one member of the Digital Project Executive Committee.

  • Coauthors are not permitted to evaluate posters of their own students.

Poster Presentation Requirements

All fellows are required to prepare a poster presentation on their research, either individually or in collaboration with an external academic or industry researcher. This activity builds on the midterm pitch competition, aiming to enhance participants’ science communication skills, strengthen collaborative abilities, and support the development of professional research networks.

Poster Guidelines

  • Please bring your printed poster on the first day of the Training Week (December 9, 2025).

  • Format: A0 size (84.1 × 118.9 cm), portrait orientation.

  • Fellows attending remotely may arrange printing and on-site display through colleagues (e.g., Patricia Evite, Ismail Elbouknify).

✨ Award Ceremony

The Best Student Poster Award will be announced during the Social Dinner on 10 December 2025. The winner will receive a €500 prize, recognizing both scientific excellence and creativity in communication.
