General Description

Project Management' is a course that teaches the foundational principles and practices necessary for effective project leadership. Throughout this course, doctoral candidates will learn about key concepts and methodologies essential for successful project management in the financial domain, addressing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion and evaluation. Candidates will learn how to navigate project lifecycles, develop comprehensive project plans, and execute strategies for efficient resource allocation and task delegation. Additionally, the course will explore various techniques for handling common challenges in project management, including risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance. By the end of this course, candidates will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with budget constraints, and the satisfaction of stakeholders.
