General Description

The "HE Framework and Research Project Management" course is designed to equip doctoral students with the skills necessary to effectively manage research projects within the higher education (HE) framework. It introduces students to the foundational principles of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, specifically tailored to the academic research environment. The course emphasizes the importance of aligning research projects with institutional goals, securing funding, and managing resources efficiently. Additionally, students learn about the ethical considerations and regulatory compliance required in conducting scholarly research. Through practical exercises and case studies, students develop competencies in navigating the complexities of academic research management, enhancing their ability to lead and deliver successful research projects in the HE sector.
