About
Megang is a PhD candidate working in work package 5 (Sustainability of Digital Finance), specifically for the IRP11. Her research focuses on using Agent-Based Modeling to analyze sustainable finance growth patterns.
She holds a BSc in Mathematics and dual master's degrees in Financial Mathematics and Data Science for Business. Throughout her academic journey, she has been fortunate to receive both the Pan African University scholarship and Commonwealth Shared scholarship, opportunities that have profoundly shaped her research path. During her Data Science master's, she led a predictive analytics project examining optimal release timing for premium whisky bottles. This project, which bridged analytical modeling with practical business application, earned her the Research-Based Learning Prize.
Megang is driven by the potential of quantitative methods to address real-world financial sustainability challenges, and is looking forward to contributing meaningful research in this growing field.
