Lisa is an operations and strategy leader with international experience across AI, technology platforms, and global startups. She currently serves as VP of Operations at CARDO AI in Milan, where she oversees operational strategy and execution.

Before joining CARDO AI, Lisa held senior roles at Hasty (later acquired by CloudFactory), where she was Head of Operations and later Manager of Corporate Strategy, helping scale an end-to-end computer vision AI platform and supporting its integration after acquisition.
