Dr. Albulena Shala works as an Assistant professor at the University of Prishtina (“Hasan Prishtina”). She is a professor of courses in the field of banking and finance (link: https://staff.uni-pr.edu/profile/albulenashala). She finished PhD in banking and finance. She attended Teaching Principles and Practices 1, CERGE-EI Foundation Teaching Development, 2018. Also, she attended the Digital Transformation and Fintech House of Training in Luxembourg in 2022, Preparation of applications and implementing projects in Horizon Europe (Riinvest and Horizon Europe, 2023), Training on Science for Policy, European commission joint research center (2023), PhD supervision training National Research School in ICT (PhD ICTKES ERASMUS, 2023).
She is a member and an external expert in Cost Action 19130. She is Guest Editors at "Digital Finance" Springer. She was a member of the jury in the “Best WI-FI 2023 Young Researcher Paper: FinTech Contest” and Member of COST FinAI Datathon Scientific Committee "Woman in Fintech Datathon". Dr. Albulena was part of the scientific and organizational committees at many international conferences. Albulena has several papers in credible journals and she attended several conferences in the field of fintech.
