Supervisory Board Meeting#3 Hybrid format, in Naples *University of Naples, Federico II and online (link already provided by mail or upon request)

Consists of:

• One representative of each partner - UTW, BBU, UNA, CAR, ASE, WWU, KUT, ROY, ARC, EIT, FRA, DEL, SWE, RAI, ECB

• All supervisors - two supervisors from each partner

• All WP leaders - BBU, WWU, BFH, UNA, UTW

• Two annually rotating doctoral candidates

• Diversity coordinator - Codruta Mare

• Co-chaired by the project coordinator and the EU representative - Jörg Osterrieder and Gergana Simeonova-Arida

It is responsible for:

• Approving and supervising the financial, marketing, and communication strategies

• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of training and research milestones

• Serving as an internal audit team for the EB when it decides on budget allocation, organisational structure, and consortium strategy
