Time & Location
04 Dec 2025, 09:30 – 17:00
Sky 1, RBI Head Office, Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Wien, Austria
About the event
Together with representatives from the MSCA Digital Finance Consortium, Raiffeisen Research (part of RBI - Raiffeisen Bank International AG) has organized the AI in Financial Markets Research Forum since 2024 (last year's program can be found here and here). The Second AI in Financial Markets Research Forum primarily serves as a knowledge exchange platform between industry representatives from finance and academia in the field of AI, Digital and also Sustainable Finance with a focus on generative AI models.
Organizers
The event is organized jointly by Raiffeisen Research - a leading research boutique focused on CEE, Austria and the Euro area offering local market expertise plus contact to well-established experts on the ground in the region with a growing ESG-Focus - and the MSCA Digital Finance Industrial Doctoral Network, established within the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions of the European Union.
Date and Location
This year's event will take place on Thursday, December 4th 2025 in Sky 1 of RBI Head Office, Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Vienna, Austria. The forum will be opened at 9:30am and closed at 5pm latest (depending on speaker line up). It is planned to offer a conference dinner on behalf of the sponsors, starting at 6pm the same day.
Audience
The audience of the event will be mixed, from academics to professionals from banking and finance, from start-ups to large universal banks. The event type is hybrid: We aim for an on-site presence of 40-50 participants, but since one of the main sponsors is also RBI itself, the event will also be available as a live stream to the whole RBI Group, i.e., also within RBI’s Network Banks, Verbundunternehmen and Raiffeisen Sektor Austria, as well as to all institutional clients of Raiffeisen Research. In 2024, around 250 people watched the stream online.
More information on the event schedule and registration will follow.
